so the blog has been dying lately.. so i think its time to spice things up. first off, as my title suggests, we are getting to the home stretch of summer, so everybody make sure your gettin those track workouts handled, lookin nice and swoll, and of course, getting SUPER tan.
also, has everybody just been working out all summer? hows life?! i'm in the last few weeks of my internship at a policy firm, its been super fun but im excited to have no responsibilities other than working out and enjoying SEAFAIR! (any other seattlites, let me know if you'll be on the water and we'll raft up!)
finally, i realized we have left a very important part of the summer blog unattended.. our warm up mix! so any song requests to get us super pumped up? hahahaha i like how i'm in charge of it. but actually i really do. also that's so weird you posted this cause a girl named laura hogan just posted a comment on my friend's wall and i wanted to be like hey. i know a girl named laura hagen but i couldn't bc i don't know her. WORD
ReplyDeleteWell, you asked if everybody has just been working out all summer...I have. I do the soccer workouts, lift, and go to softball practices 2x a week with tournaments on the weekends. I think this weekend is my last one though. I have had time to hang out with friends of course and I am stoked for our family vaca. to Eagle Crest. We go just about every other year. And I will keep my ears open for songs that would be suitable for the warm-up mix =D
